Planting tip: Never bury the rhizome in substrate — Anubias Barteri Butterfly should always be attached to driftwood, rock, or other hardscape with the rhizome fully exposed. Use cotton thread or aquarium-safe adhesive to secure it, and the plant will anchor itself naturally over time.

Anubias Barteri Butterfly is just as hardy and adaptable as other members of the Anubias family. It flourishes in low to moderate light, does not require CO₂ injection, and tolerates a broad range of water parameters including temperatures between 72 and 82°F and a pH of 6.0 to 7.5.
