Jeff Parker, a member of the seminal post-rock band Tortoise who will visit Japan in February 2020 for a complete re-creation of their 1998 classic "TNT" album, is also a jazz guitarist, and his acclaimed 2016 leader album, "The New Breed" (NPR Observer, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Jazz Standard, Bandcamp, and others named it the best of 2016. The Japanese edition will be released in 2017), and the new album is finally ready.
