Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Fenugreek, Redgram Split, Cumin, Turmeric, Blackgram Split, Dry Mango, Bengal Gram Split, Asafoetida.

Method:

1. Boil 100 Gram Tuver Dal For 30 Minutes.
2. Boil 5 Pieces Drum Stick, 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped Tomato, 1 Chopped Brinjal Separately.
3. In A Boiled Dal Add 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Turmeric, Salt To Taste, 3 Tea Spoon Bharat Idli Sambhar Masala & Boiled Vegtable.
4. For Seasoning Heat 2 Tsp Oil, Add 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek, 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seed, Curry Leaves And 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida.
5. Add Tadka To The Boiled Dal. Boil For 5-8 Minutes.
6. Serve With Idli, Dosa Or Vada.
