Zerofab performance aftermarket front facing RB DOHC intake manifold and billet  80mm throttle body. Do not be fooled by other less expensive versions of this manifold! Zerofab is the only brand you should buy. Why is this exactly? Zerofab manifolds are the original design and they work directly with the manufacturer to create the highest quality product. Other manufacturers sell copies of copies of copies with warped flanges that lead to cracked welds and lost money and down time. Zerofab's quality control ensures that you get the best quality manifold available.

Why doesn't this manifold come with a 90mm Throttle like other's I've seen? Because in most applications, a 90mm throttle is far too large and will actually decrease performance. An 80mm throttle will support will over 1000HP and give better throttle response than their 90mm counterpart. 

Details: The intake manifold is polished aluminum and made with a custom CNC billet flange unlike other cheap manifolds. The fitment is perfect and the port shaping is spot on. The kit includes the intake manifold with polished billet 80mm throttle and fuel rail kit as well as a newly redesigned water pipe with push on fittings and 4 pre-shaped silicone hoses eliminating the factory water pipe setup completely. The IACV and throttle flange are also CNC and o-ringed for perfect seal. The provided fuel rail is black anodized and uses a common 14mm injector on manifold and fuel rail side. Eliminates the poor design of factory manifolds and other units that require a bottom injector bushing.

• R35 OEM 550CC (by shortening the rail mounts)
• IDXXXX.60.14.14
• 48 or 60mm length 14MM top/bottom O-Ring

• Billet CNC Throttle body, 80MM which uses RB25S1, RB20, RB26, Q45 TPS
• XL 14mm top feed rail with 3 ports for use up to -10AN but includes -6AN
• All mounting hardware
• O-Rings for IACV and Throttle body
• IACV block off plate
• 3/8 and 1/8 NPT fittings
• Throttle cable brackets
• 4 Coolant lines and coolant collector

Consider going DBW with this manifold and ditch that old dirty Idle air control valve!

• OEM oil cooler will require deletion.
• RB26 version completely deletes the OEM ITBs.
