The Alderbury High Back Patient Armchair by Bristol Maid is designed to deliver ergonomic comfort, durability, and hygiene support in healthcare and care home environments. 

Built with a PEFC-accredited solid beech frame and strong mortice and tenon joint construction, this armchair ensures lasting strength and stability.

The high back and contoured seat promote correct posture, while supportive handgrips assist users when sitting or standing.

The removable, reversible seat pad helps provide additional clearance at the front of the chair and simplifies cleaning with a vinyl-upholstered underside. 

A hygiene gap between the seat and back prevents the buildup of dirt and bacteria, improving infection control. 

Upholstered in fire-retardant, antimicrobial vinyl and fitted with plastic glides for easy movement, the chair is tested to BS EN 16139:2013 Level 2 for strength and safety in non-domestic settings.
