With its trapeze shape and rounded neckline, DAÏQUIRI is the perfect little dress to slip on for an elegant summer look. The shoulders and the back are emphasised by the play of yokes and cut-outs are the signature detail of this pretty pattern, which is also available as a blouse. Everything is designed for impeccable sewing, right down to the smallest detail: it is assembled using French seams, the armholes are finished with a facing piece and the neckline is finished with a choice of a facing or a bias binding. As original as it is easy to wear, we can't get enough of DAÏQUIRI!

Sewing level: BEGINNER the technical aspects are the French seams, bias binding and facing assembly.

Size

The Daïquiri pattern sizes from 34 to 52.

Emilie and Amanda wear Daïquiri in size 36, Christine wears it in size 40 and Vanina in 50.

- Fabric for a width of 140 cm:

Dress

• 34-38 : 120 cm (130cm if you use the seashell lace )
• 40-44 : 150 cm
• 46-52 : 180 cm

Blouse

• 34-46 : 90cm
• 48-52 : 110 cm

- 30 cm iron-on interfacing G710

Fabric: Light to medium weight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2) with more or less hold depending on the desired result. Viscose, a fine and supple jacquard, tencel, cotton, crepe, poplin, satin, or twill, beautiful lace, guipure and cotton voile.
