Guava - Peach - Vanilla

Cantine Amato was born in 1958 in Messina, Sicily. It turned to organic farming in 2011, and decided to certify its wines in 2015. The winery employs sustainable approaches in everything it does, recycling everything that nature provides such as vegetable and animal waste. This approach allows the winemakers to preserve the fertility of the soil while avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals, which not only have a negative impact on human health but also lead to a significant reduction in biodiversity. To improve soil fertility, they use green manure based on legumes and grasses.

This sumptuous white wine has rich ripe melon and grapefuit on the nose with candied apple, pear and vanilla. The palate is generous and supple, with ripe stone fruits, peach and guava. It's juicy, round and succulent, sweet spice and white pepper are followed by a wash of acidity and a lovely soft, savoury finish.
