This listing is a genuine Pokémon Trading Card. All cards are carefully stored and handled with care.

CARD CONDITION:

• Condition is shown clearly in the photos - please check them for exact details and any imperfections. Please make sure you are happy with the condition before your purchase.
• Cards are kept in sleeves/top loaders for protection.
• If you would like more photos or have any questions concerning the conditions of cards, feel free to message us.

SHIPPING:

• Cards are shipped securely in a penny sleeve and top loader/semi rigid card holder.
• During weekdays we aim to ship purchases before 10am on the same day, any purchases after this will be shipped the following day, excluding weekends. Weekends we will ship on the Monday, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• We offer free shipping on every listing, and try to combine all purchases made around the same time (if not past shipping cut off) 
• Any international purchases will be shipped VIA Ebay’s Global Shipping Programme - we send the parcel to a centralised hub free of charge, but then Ebay decide on the delivery fee thereafter and this is out of our control.

• All cards are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG products to our knowledge
• We do not sell proxies or fakes.

RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us - we are happy to help.
• We aim for smooth, friendly transactions and great communication.
• Domestic Returns are accepted HOWEVER any fake cards that are tried to be returned instead of the original cards that are listed a case will be opened with eBay.
