DIM, or Diindolylmethane, is a plant indolyl found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccolli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. It is a direct metabolite of I3C, indole-3-carbinol.

DIM is oil soluble and must be taken with food or Flax Oil.***
