The first 1000 days of life (from conception to a child’s second birthday) is a significant and unique window of opportunity for laying the foundations of brain and eye health. DHA forms part of the eye and central nervous system, and is necessary for cognitive and eye development. It cannot be made by the body and must be obtained through foods such as oily fish, seafood and seaweed. However, if you’re not getting enough through your diet then supplementation may be required.

Why algae sourced DHA?

Traditionally, the most common source of DH has been oily fish, making it difficult for most people to obtain the recommended levels. While many think that fish produce their own DHA, in fact, it’s the algae they feed on that makes them a rich source. Our DHA is derived directly from this microalgae. It is a fish-free, sustainable source of DHA Omega-3, making it easy for people to increase their intake of this important nutrient.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)- rich oil derived from microalgae 470 mg
Equivalent to DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 200 mg

Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Suitable for use by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
