Every wardrobe needs a black and a brown (or in this case, natural vegtan) belt, and this starter pack is just the answer. But you don't have to commit to black + nickel, or brown + brass, with this belt duo, the hardware is very simply attached with leather cord, and you can swap the hardware between the two different leathers.

By default, the black Sedgwick English bridle will be delivered with nickel plated brass (silver in color), and the Hermann Oak natural vegtan will come with solid brass. Swap brass to black, and nickel to vegtan on a whim if you so choose! Also available in single prong.

Both leathers are 9-10oz, a perfect "not too hot, not too cold" thickness in my opinion. The natural vegtan starts out very light in tone, but over time will develop a patina, darkening to a rich brown from exposure to the sun and the oil from your skin. If you wish to expedite the patina process, you can apply some Smith's Leather Balm and set it in the sun- like our skin, leather too will tan from the UV rays, with surprising efficacy. Black Sedgwick will remain black.

Photo instructions attached to this listing on how to re-tie the leather cord to attach / swap buckles. Cord is 2mm leather cord, easily replaceable online if it should break. I'll replace the cord if it breaks within 2 years, after that, you are on your own.

I won't be accepting requests to use this leather cord technique on other belt orders, it will exclusively be available with the starter pack.
