This precious sipping Rum from 1972 was first finished in Port casks before it was shipped to Speyside to get another finish. And what a second treatment that was: seven months in a single third-fill Sherry cask that used to hold 2002 vintage of Glenfarclas Scotch. Imagine the choir of flavors, the rounded harmony of Rum, Whisky, and echoes of Port and Sherry. Unprecedented.
