AJA Single channel SDI to ST Fiber converter, with looping SDI output

This AJA FiDO converter sends a single channel of 3G/HD/SD-SDI over single mode ST fiber, supporting cable runs up to 10 km (32,808 ft) with electrical isolation that helps eliminate ground loop problems. A looping SDI output keeps the source signal available locally, and the compact, low-profile enclosure works in tight spaces around racks, trucks, and camera positions.

Formats auto-select across 3Gb, 1.5Gb, and 270Mb rates over a simplex ST connection. BNC input cable equalization on 1694 coax reaches 400 m at 270Mb, 200 m at 1.5Gb, and 140 m at 3Gb. The transmitter draws 1.5 watts from 5-20 VDC, ships with AJA's DWP-U-R1 worldwide power supply, uses a locking power connector, supports optional P-TAP battery power, and carries a five year warranty.
