All of our Exhaust Manifolds are entirely stainless steel (including ALL flanges), back purged, and TIG welded by hand with a welding positioner. Careful consideration for runner length, collector design / orientation, wastegate placement, and turbine flow characteristics ensure optimal performance.

This kit was CAD designed from scratch and relentlessly tested over more than a year to ensure every possibility for improvement was realized. Fitment within the engine bay has been perfected, ensuring adequate clearance is maintained for all OEM engine bay components. 

Specific to the Theta 2.0 Engine, this manifold configuration features equal length primaries, and is built from Hypertune 347 stainless steel components. This unique runner diameter perfectly matches the port size of the Theta cylinder head, and is capable of supporting more than 1000whp

This 347 manifold option is offered with a lifetime warranty due to the high grade of materials used and expert craftsmanship.
