How to use Thermosleeve

Cool or heat
Cool: Store your Thermosleeve in the freezer (it cools fully in 2-3 hours).
Heat: Heat your Thermosleeve in the microwave for 20-40 seconds, depending on your preferred level of warmth. If necessary, heat for additional 10 second intervals until desired heat.

Wear or hold
Wear the Thermosleeve around the sore muscle or joint, or hold it directly on the sore body part.

Rest
Rest for 10 minutes while the Thermosleeve does its magic.
