Chop for NOT more than 30 seconds without interruption, resting for 2 minutes with a maximum of 3 cycles before resting for 15 minutes. DO NOT allow the appliance to idle while in operation. On completion of chopping, unplug the power cable. Wait for the blades to stop turning and lift the Main Body and Lid. You can now remove the chopped food and resume cooking.
