Mercia offers the option to book a convenient delivery slot through the delivery portal once the order is confirmed. You will receive an SMS/email to access the booking portal. The delivery journey includes the following steps:

• Customers can choose their delivery date within a 5-week window.
• A confirmation of the selected date is sent.
• 48 hours before delivery, a reminder is sent to the customer.
• On the morning of delivery, a 2-hour delivery window is provided.
• Customers can track their order via the portal with live updates.
