Dec Hogan is a highly regarded steelhead angler, author, and spey caster with decades of experience. With decades of guiding nearly 200 days a year, his approach to steelheading—and the flies that support it—has been shaped by time on the water and thousands of fish. 

He is the author of some of the most influential books in steelheading, including A Passion for Steelhead, Steelhead Fly Tying Art and Design, and Tying Steelhead Flies with Style.
