Here we have a stunning L-Series Fender Jaguar in a beautiful vibrant original three-tone Sunburst finish. This guitar was built in 1964. This Pre-CBS Jaguar is one of the most lively vintage Fenders we've had the pleasure to play. It has been professionally re-fretted and is now setup perfectly.
This Jag has been upgraded with a Mastery Bridge and Vibrato, making it even more versatile and a perfect players piece that is a step up above most.
It could just as well appeal to a collector with most of the original parts that come with the instrument, though most of the guitars originality is in tact.
The original pickups have a nice and strong output. The original two pots have been upgraded with high-end low friction Bourns potentiometers, the original two pots (at least one is absolutely original) and are in the case they could easily be reinstalled if you so desire. The upper rhythm circuit switch has been replaced with a new one, the original is included as well. This guitars refret was done so well and the upgraded hardware make this instrument play like a new guitar, with all the mojo, feel, looks & tone you could possibly want in a Pre-CBS Fender without all the frustrating quirks!
