The Gentle Mental collection is about bringing awareness to your Mental Health. A key factor in becoming more aware is knowing the things that are affecting your mental, and The Heart is one of them. The Bible tells us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). This release is to emphasize the importance on HOW you love people. Some people are more broken than others, some you won't see their scars until they are sure you have their back, others wear their heart on their sleeve, and many love hard but lack the ability to express it.
