Organic disc brake pads for Formula hydraulic brake calipers are available in the Elvedes product range. These pads offer excellent value for money. They are ideal for use in dry conditions and suitable for MTB, trekking, and road bikes. Sintered pads are also available, ideal for wet conditions and suitable for MTB. Metallic carbon (semi-metallic) pads are available for e-bikes, ideal for both wet and dry conditions.

It's important to bed in the new brake pads to extend their lifespan. While riding, gently pull the brake lever so the pads contact the brake rotor. Drive for about 100 meters at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour (15.5 mph), then brake harder at the end to reduce your speed to about 5 kilometers per hour (3 mph). Then slowly increase your speed while braking lightly. Repeat this process 10 to 12 times to ensure the new brake pads are properly bedded in.
