AJA 3G-SDI to 3G-SDI/HDMI Converter with ROI Scaling

AJA's ROI-SDI Scan Converter extracts a selectable Region of Interest from a 3G-SDI input and scales it to mirrored 3G-SDI and HDMI outputs, letting operators reframe, rotate, or customize a portion of the source image. Its portable form factor makes it practical for display customization, creative reframing, and synchronized video wall builds within SDI workflows, without straining budget or rack space.

Beyond ROI extraction, the unit performs up, down, and cross-conversion, aspect ratio and frame rate conversion, horizontal and vertical image flip, and 90 degree rotation, with deinterlaced-to-progressive handling and loss-of-input management set to black, freeze, or mute. Genlock locks to a reference input, the SDI input, or free run; eight channels of embedded audio are supported with two-channel analog output; and ROI selection is interactive over USB through the free Mini-Config application.
