Rob Glick is the director of group fitness education and feature formats at Life Time Fitness. He teaches and trains at Life Time Athletic Laguna Niguel, You and the Mat, Yoga Works and Core Power Yoga near his home in California. His degree is in Movement and Exercise Science with an emphasis on Sports Medicine from Chapman University. Rob is a master trainer for Schwinn Cycling, BOSU, Total Gym and is co-creator of the 5-Star Instructor Development Program for fitness professionals. A highly respected presenter, presenting annually for IDEA, AAAI-ISMA, Wanderlust, Mid-West Yoga conference and more… Rob was named the International Presenter of the Year by CanFitPro and the Best Male Presenter by ECA. He leads many fitness DVDs. Core Cuts, Progressive Power Yoga and More Amazing Cardio Combos. He has presented master classes and workshops in over 35 countries as well as contributed to Shape®, IDEA Today, LA Times, Fitness and others. Rob co-produce EMPOWER! fitness events.
