The Parasound NewClassic 2125 V2 is a two-channel power amplifier built for demanding stereo and custom installation applications. Occupying 3U of rack space, it delivers 275 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 400 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with a load switch that enables operation into 2-ohm loads, making it compatible with a wide range of speaker designs including low-impedance models.

Distortion is held to 0.20 percent at full rated output and drops to 0.015 percent at average listening levels, while the signal-to-noise ratio reaches 114 dB A-weighted at rated output.
