Protein-Intercell® - how to use?

• Dissolve 1 sachet once daily in approximately 200 ml of water, milk, or other non-hot beverage. Can also be added to smoothies or cottage cheese.

• As a high-protein, low-calorie snack, use 1 sachet as needed, for example, as an evening meal, combined with a sufficient amount of vegetables to feel full. This dietary supplement is suitable for long-term use.

Recommended daily dose:  Once a day, mix 1 sachet of the product in 200 ml of water, in an unheated drink or add to unheated food.
