In those days, two best mates, Smee and Captain James Hook, forged a bullet proof friendship on the frontline will defending their vessel against a jumped-up little sh*t called Peter Pan.

Peter had a personal vendetta against Captain Hook, which meant Smee often fell into the role of bridesmaid, but rarely, if ever, the bride. It wouldn't have been unheard of for Smee to have to descale the mermaids himself by hand when the nets were hauled aboard.
