This is a red wine blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Shiraz and 5% Sagrantino. A seamless connection between the three varieties. Medium bodied with bright cherry, raspberry, spiced plum, blackberry and mulberry all present. Succulent acidity brings a pleasing tartness, balanced by a silky textured and opulent mid palate, finishing long with fine grained gravelly tannins.

Typically, the spice in Grenache sees it matching superbly with roasted meats and vegetables, stews and recipes with Asian flavours. Think roast turkey with lots of root vegetables or pork belly. And slow-cooked stews and braises in the winter can be a great pairing.
