Dual-Mitering Head Eliminates Stock Repositioning

The head on the HVBS-10-DMW swings 45 degrees left and right from center. A built-in protractor gives you a fast reference for setting your angle. When you need repeating miter cuts in both directions, you change the head position instead of resetting your stock or flipping your workpiece.

Hydraulic Downfeed Matches Feed Rate to the Material

A hydraulic cylinder controls the head pressure throughout the cut. You adjust the downfeed rate to match the material you are cutting, whether that is solid round stock or structural shapes. The automatic shutoff switch stops the head when the cut is complete so you are not standing over the machine waiting for it to finish.

Self-Propelled Blade Brush Protects Blade Guides

The built-in blade brush runs with the saw and clears chips from the blade before they reach the guides. Chip buildup in guides is a common cause of blade drift and guide wear. Keeping the guides clean helps the blade track consistently and extends blade life between changes.

Horizontal and Vertical Operation in One Machine

The HVBS-10-DMW converts between horizontal and vertical positions, giving you access to a 16 by 10 inch vertical cutting table when the work calls for it. The machine rolls on wheels so you can move it to the stock rather than moving heavy material to a fixed saw. A safety key on the power switch prevents accidental starts.
