The third key ingredient of Lepicol is 5 strains of live bacteria that are naturally present in a healthy person's digestive system.

Suitable for: alongside antibiotics, travelling, children and when pregnant, Gluten free, Vegetarian Society approved.

Directions for use: Take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before a meal. Adults & children 12+: Take 2-8 capsules once or twice daily, followed by 1-2 glasses of water or juice. Children 3-11: Give 1-4 capsules once or twice daily followed by a glass of water or juice with parental supervision.
