＜Perigeo "Live in Montreux (Blue Vinyl)" released in 1993 is the first analog release of Perigeo's spectacular live performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1971. This live album features Perigeo, a jazz-rock band formed in Rome around Giovanni Tommaso (b), performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival on July 7, 1975. Perigeo had accompanied Weather Report on their tour that year and had toured throughout Europe and the U.S., and their appearance at the jazz festival was a great success, and they received a great ovation.The six-piece band, including the king of percussion, Tony Esposito, as a guest, played a wide range of songs from their second album, "Abbiamo Tutti Un Blues Da Piangere" to their fourth album, "La Valle Dei Templi," and included each member's furious solo improvisations. This is one of the best-kept secrets of the live show that packages the excitement of the audience, including each member's furious solo improvisations. This is the first time this album has been released on vinyl, as it was previously only available on CD. This is the first vinyl release on vinyl, and due to time constraints, the songs are in a different order than on the CD.
