The Bootleg Series, Vol. 7: That's What Happened 1982-1985" (analog), the seventh volume in the series of previously unreleased Miles Davis recordings. The Bootleg Series, Vol. 7: That's What Happened 1982-1985" is the seventh in a series of bootlegs featuring rare and previously unreleased Miles Davis recordings. This project has been released since 2011, the 85th anniversary of Miles' birth. This project, the seventh in the series, focuses on Miles' revival from 1975 after a six-year period of temporary retirement. Approximately four hours of previously unreleased material has been newly mastered and released for the first time. DISC1 and DISC2 of the 3-CD set will feature previously unreleased studio takes of "Star People," "Decoy," and "Your Under Arrest," and DISC3 will include live recordings from the Montreal Jazz Festival on July 7, 1983. The tracks on the 2-CD analog set (white vinyl) are digests from the 3-CD set.
