• Frazier was WBA and WBC World Heavyweight Champion, while Muhammad Ali was the Ring Magazine and lineal World Heavyweight Champion
• Frazier enters with 26-0 record and 23 knockouts, Ali enters 31-0 with 25 knockouts
• Frazier defeats Ali in 15 rounds by unanimous decision
• The fighters would go on to fight in Super Fight II and The Thrilla In Manilla, both won by Ali
• Both were former Olympic Gold Medalists, with Ali winning Gold in Rome in 1960, and Frazier winning Gold in Tokyo in 1964
• Joe Frazier died in 2011 at the age of 67. Muhammad Ali died in 2016 at the age of 74
• Very good condition; notable damage along the left and right edges including some paper loss and holes. Notable crease on left side arising from the bottom edge. Images present nicely, as does the autograph with no bleeding or smudging
