Panavia 21 Oxyguard II is a composition of the Panavia 21 system that contains a polymerization accelerator to create powerful settings by impeding oxygen from an anaerobic paste. Panavia 21 dental adhesive cement ensures direct bonding to cut enamel, dentin, composite, porcelain, base, semi-precious, and precious materials.

It is an easy-to-use paste-to-paste resin that offers a steady mix with anaerobic setting properties, resulting in extended working time and hassle-free cleaning. There is no need for acid etching and rinsing since Panavia ensures mild conditioning of damaged enamel and dentin for reduced post-operative sensitivity.

The low film thickness of 19 microns enhances its fit and marginal integrity with high radiopacity. Panavia 21 is an insoluble, chemically-cured resin cement with a convenient dispenser that measures the paste at accurate ratios.
