  - (1) 18" sterling silver double rope chain with a lobster clasp (20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, rolo, and diamond cut bead chain upgrade options are available)
  - (1 or 2) sterling silver custom engraved rectangle charm pendants
  - (1) bronze heart charm
  - (1) ivory freshwater pearl
  
• Sterling Silver Pendant Measures: 1 1/4" L x 3/8" W x 1.3mm D
• Custom Engraved Inscription Length/Location: Each custom engraved sterling silver bar pendant may be personalized with up to 10 characters/spaces on each side.
• Font/Finish Options: The custom engraved sterling silver pendant is available in your choice of 10 font styles. Additionally, you are welcome to select either a high polish finish or a brushed satin finish. Please see the additional product photos for examples of our available font selections. 
• Chain Options: 18", 20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, diamond cut rolo, and diamond cut bead chain options are available. All lengths and styles feature individually soldered links and secure with lobster clasps.
• Materials: The sterling silver used to create our pendant necklaces is 100% sourced in the USA and is created from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Our sterling silver pendant necklaces are both lead and nickel free making them a hypoallergenic choice for those with sensitive skin.
  
• Engraving Quality: Inscriptions are deep, crisp, easy to read, and permanently engraved into the sterling silver.
• Handmade in the USA: As a family-owned business, each sterling silver pendant is individually handcrafted in our Williamsburg, Virginia studio. We personally engrave, polish, and buff each pendant with careful attention to detail.

• Care: We suggest using a jewelry cleaning/polishing cloth to help your sterling silver jewelry maintain its original luster and brilliant shine. Liquid silver cleaners are not recommended as they may dull the finish and/or remove the antiquing from your sterling silver jewelry. 
• Creation Timeline: Our current production time for the creation of custom personalized designs is 1-2 days. During holiday seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) production timelines may increase.  
  
• Proofs: Complimentary proofs are available upon request. 
• Returns: Custom engraved items are created especially for you and are not eligible for return. For this reason we ask you to double check your design for proper capitalization, spelling errors, correct dates etc.
• Photography of Custom Work: We regularly post images of our favorite custom creations on our website to provide customers with examples of our work. Please let us know if you prefer that we do not post images of the items that we create for you so that we may respect your request.
