97 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "Possibly my favorite in the lineup, the Nid Tisse 2023 Chardonnay Bacigalupi Vineyard offers gorgeous stone fruits, honeydew melon, minty flowers, and just a hint of brioche. Fermented in 14% French new oak and 20% in clay egg-shaped vessels made by Terre et Vins, it's medium-bodied with a layered, graceful mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a great finish. It's another brilliant Chardonnay from this great winemaker that will keep for a decade. Drink 2025-2035.:

Marie-Laure Ammons founded Nid Tissé, the name itself translates to “woven nest”, in French. A native of France, she studied wine in Burgundy and Bordeaux. Nid Tisse evokes traveling to a new place and making a home - hers being in Napa Valley for nearly 20 years, 18 of them working with Philippe Melka. Nid Tisse reflects a marriage of the old and new world -California sunshine with freshness, texture and ability to gracefully age that are rooted in the tradition of old world wines. Great wines come from great vineyards and she is excited be working with the historic vineyards and some of the great grape growing families in the region, Bacigalupi and Hyde.
