This throttle body makes more power, and improves acceleration because of the larger throttle plate and throttle bore that allows more air to pass than the factory throttle body.

The size of the factory throttle body is 55mm and it necks down to 52mm, whereas the MPx throttle body has a 62mm bore.

The MPX throttle body and spacer was made from scratch out of CNC machined aluminum, and is anodized with a special hardcoat for resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

Your stock sensors will attach onto the throttle body, and the throttle body and spacer piece mount directly to your intake manifold.

Theres NO cutting, or modification to your intake manifold, or air intake system needed. We also provide installation isntructions to help you install this onto your car.

Unit comes complete with gasket to be used in between the spacer and the throttle body, as well as bolts to attach it to the intake manifold.

Please note: if you have a stock ecu tune, we recommend you not install this. This throttle body works best with aftermarket tunes such as the Mopar stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, Diablosport tunes, and other tunes, basically ANYTHING except the stock ecu flash. This is because the stock pcm flash is not designed for a larger throttle body and can therefore have a hanging idle when decelerating. Your car will still run and idle fine if you install this with a stock pcm flash but could have a high idle when coasting to stop lights, etc.
