Each device is built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and our commitment to providing years of dependable service.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Drive Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or improper use. It also does not apply to non-durable components—such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips—which are subject to normal wear and require periodic replacement.
