German composer/music producer/artist Sven Helbig, active in both the ambient/electro music and contemporary classical music scenes, presents his first new studio album on the Berlin-based Modern Recordings label. This will be his first work since his 2018 EP "TRES MOMENTOS" and "SKILLS" is a collection of songs composed for string quartet, French horn, vibraphone, and electro instruments. The concept of the album is human skill and innovation. The album cover, reminiscent of minimalist contemporary art, was created by Dresden meister-engraver Matthias Kohler.The album's music is performed by the German mondena quartet (strings) with three French horn players (Jorg Bruckner/Robinson Wappler/Anne Grethen) and tuba player Tom Gotze.
