The beauty of handmade furniture is created by the slight imperfections and differences which give it character. Exact symmetry is not the aim. Machines automatically achieve this and the result is somewhat bland and characterless.

Marble is a natural material, meaning colour variations and veining will naturally occur, making each piece unique. Any seams within the stone are not cracks but are a result of the mineral crystallisation process and do not compromise the marble’s structural integrity.

We use traditional wrought iron to make our garden furniture which we paint a dark brown/black. It is very heavy and very strong. Superficial signs of rust in the finish are normal and does not penetrate the metal. Most customers prefer this rustic look in their garden but should you want to keep it looking new it's quick and easy to paint.
